Our Tallow Balm is all natural, 100% organic, and is rendered from the fat of 100% grass fed cows, making it completely edible! (Although we recommend applying the balm directly to the skin).

At White Sparrow, each item is carefully handcrafted in small batches with quality and tradition in mind. Because many of our products are used on the skin or body, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic and safety reasons.

Subscription Policy

By choosing a subscription option at checkout, you agree to be automatically billed at the selected frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your customer account portal—no minimum commitment required.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

Discounts and offers applied to your initial order will remain valid for all active subscription renewals unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates and taxes apply to each recurring shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Return Shipping
