Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders under $50 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Orders & Customs
We’re delighted to offer international shipping and share White Sparrow with customers around the world. Each order is lovingly packaged at our studio in the United States and shipped with care.
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. White Sparrow is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, or delays that may occur during customs processing.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information on possible fees before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@whitesparrowfarmacy.com within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
High-Value Returns

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
