At White Sparrow, each skincare and body product is carefully handcrafted in small batches with quality, purity, and tradition in mind. Because these products are used on the skin or body, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
🚫 Final Sale on Skincare & Body Products
All skincare and body product purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unwanted items.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Tallow balms and creams

Oils and salves
-
Soaps
-
Lip balms

Any personal care products
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider and may take several business days to appear.
🚚 Return Shipping (If Authorized)
If a return is authorized:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, if requested.
🤍 White Sparrow Nightgown & Clothing Return Policy
At White Sparrow, each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully packaged. We gladly accept returns on eligible clothing items under the following conditions.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns on nightgowns and clothing items if:

The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date

The garment is unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage

Original tags are still attached
-
Item is returned in its original packaging
All returned garments will be inspected upon arrival.
If an item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
📦 Return Shipping & Fees

A return shipping label can be provided upon request via email.

The cost of both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Even if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by White Sparrow will still be deducted.
👉 Refunds apply to the product price only, minus shipping costs.
💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
🚫 Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Skincare and body products are not eligible for return under this policy.
